The pounds are slowly dropping.I'm down two more this week, but for some reason I've lost focus with exercise. So this is my goal for the week...10 miles or more...any way I can get it in. In the gym or walking the streets (well, you know what I mean)I'm going for a big loss next week....194 come on down!!!
