I'm recording this for my own benefit. My weight loss stopped at about 190, and things in my life changed. I stopped taking care of myself and paying attention to my needs.
I'm back at 200, my last recorded weight. Perhaps if I put the app back on my phone it will prompt me to keep track even if I don't record properly.
I wish every one of you the greatest blessings, and look forward to putting exercise back in my routine soon.
