I'm recording this for my own benefit. My weight loss stopped at about 190, and things in my life changed. I stopped taking care of myself and paying attention to my needs.
I'm back at 200, my last recorded weight. Perhaps if I put the app back on my phone it will prompt me to keep track even if I don't record properly.
I wish every one of you the greatest blessings, and look forward to putting exercise back in my routine soon.

I got a concussion last week and stopped paying attention to my tracking. I still paid attention to my food. Headaches suck, 0/10 don't recommend.

No change in weight at all, despite the caloric deficit, but its week one (again), I'm sure the yoyo has made my body hold onto it all, but it still sucks to see no change.
I'm beginning to wonder if my scale is accurate, any suggestions for a good accurate scale that isn't too expensive?

The back half of 2020 got me, I've been absent, and absent minded. Definitely didn't take proper care of myself. After a super stressful holiday season to boot, I'm ready to try again
