A couple rough days but still lost a pound last week.

Summer is bringing unusual food days. I'm a little out of my routine so I need to figure out ways to stay on track.
101.1 kg Lost so far: 12.3 kg.    Still to go: 21.7 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
