I am sure the scales were fucked when I used then last week. It only takes 0.2 of degree on the trim of the vessel for it to make a kilo or so difference but even so I have still lost at least 1 or 2 kilos which although not sustainable is rather a nice start and puts me ahead of the game to get down to 100 before I leave the vessel. in 5 weeks.
