Forgot to update my weight yesterday. Somehow, I am down 1/2 a pound, but I desperately need to start working out again. My body feels gross. I am going to walk tomorrow and call the ob-gyn Monday to find out when I can start bouncing around again, then I will start up again with Jillian!!!
60.3 kg Lost so far: 13.2 kg.    Still to go: 0 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
Losing 0.1 kg a Week

I feel exactly the same. I ruined my back so I haven't been able to do anything. I never in my life thought that I would miss working out. Weird.
