I was really worried about weighing in today. I've been at a conference all week in which I have to go out for lunch every day. I tried to be conservative with my choice, but it is hard to know what all is in restaurant food. Not only that but in the mornings and afternoons, I was always tempted by danishes and cookies brought in by the conference. I limited myself to one sweet a day, either at the conference or at home, but I was still worried that it would come out with me gaining weight.

I was pleasantly surprised to find that not only had I lost weight, but I had lost MORE weight than in previous weeks. I think the walking I have been doing in the evenings along with my attention to diet (even if it usually makes me think I am eating too much) has helped. I just wonder how much I have been eating and not thinking about these past years to get this big since I thought I was being such a glutton this week and lost weight?

88.6 kg Lost so far: 1.2 kg.    Still to go: 13.8 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
