It's been another week of eating out. I've had a bunch of meeting for work held at restaurants that don't have a lot of great healthy options, but I avoided fries and beer. Last night, a friend from college was in town as we had a few drinks, I think that I did OK considering how often I went out, but I would do MUCH better with more nights of eating dinner at home.
