I have been gaining weight. I attribute this to maily to not carrying out regular exercise by walking at least 60 minutes a day over the last two weeks. Also to a lesser extent not sticking to the diet with recommended foods.

Over the last four weeks my weight has increased by just over 2 Kg.
95.8 kg Lost so far: 14.2 kg.    Still to go: 5.8 kg.    Diet followed: Poorly.
Gaining 0.6 kg a Week

Do not give up! We all have a low point now and then, remember your exercise does not all have to be in one sitting if you get tired or are busy only walk 15 mins, then another and so on until you reach your daily goal. If what I read is right at your weight even 30 mins 4 days a week is going to get your weight loss rolling. Take a deep breath smile and dig in and do it! :)

Maybe a few days back on induction will help.
