How do you go that long - do you drink tea?

@Kellyfunkestime - Tea, black coffee, and copious amounts of water. I typically have a large cup of black coffee (16oz) or black tea in the morning followed by herbal tea and water the rest of the day. On fasting days, I typically drink 180-200 ounces of water throughout the day. On non-fasting days, I usually drink 140-160. Sparkling mineral water and carbonated water make it easier.
