先週末はジムに行かず、今日も体調不良の為行きませんでした。体重にガッカリ🥺 やる気がなくなってしまう。。

I didn't go to the gym last week due to "girl stuff" and had a bad headache today so didn't go again. I'm losing motivation as my weight won't budge...feeling fat, embarassed and the feeling of giving up is overwhelming.
75 kg Lost so far: 3 kg.    Still to go: 22 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.

@sankobun, ありがとうございます。昔と違って、年が上がって行くほど体重がなかなか落ちてこないですよね。今回は多少時間が掛かるかもしれない。

@fabbi2611, thanks for your support. I took a break from the app but have dropped down to 70kgs now. Hope to lose another 20kgs by March 2022!!
