OK True confession time. I was doing not badly, and then Christmas came along and brought with it my addiction to sugar :( So, it's back to the drawing board. I think I will set up another No food after 8 pm challenge. That seemed to work for me.
Also trying to as gluten free as I can, to drink more water (although I'm pretty good at that already), and to cut out the refined sugar as much as possible. I walked further today than I have in a long time...and am not too sore. Thank you God for that mercy.
Keep plugging along. Together we can make it!
