Probably just water weight, but I'll take it! I'm so excited about the 1#. Haha. went to weight watchers today. Now I'm all amped up about diet and exercise. Found out about another free exercise class, this one is aerobics. It's a lot closer to my house too. So that should be good. I'm trying to slim down as much as possible in my time off from work. Having access to free classes makes a big difference :). We'll see how much waist difference it makes. BTW that is my ultimate goal a 30 inch waist. I know exercise is the best way to lose belly fat. So I'm trying to workout 6 days a week, but taking it one day at a time. 22 inches to go!
137.4 kg Lost so far: 0.5 kg.    Still to go: 64.9 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
