setelah liburan 3 hari, porsi makan masih terkontrol tapi yang dimakan.. mister burger, keripik tempe, klepon, kue talam, pastry, zuppa soup, bolen, bolu, wingko babat, bakpia, bakpia, bakpia, bakpia, bakpia, bakpia, bakpia (?) 😅 intensitas olahraga pun berkurang, wajar kalau naik hampir 2 kg ini membuat perutku buncit 😅
46.9 kg Lost so far: 19.9 kg.    Still to go: 2.5 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
Gaining 1.1 kg a Week
