For the first time in 6 years, I officially weigh less than 300 lbs! Since December 30th, I've lost 19lbs! Just seeing that number gives me chills. That is the most weight I've ever worked to lose.
Intermittent fasting and eating clean!

Just so you know, I’m losing very slowly just a little tiny bit a day, but I’m always losing because of intermediate fasting. Such an easy way to lose weight. It keeps me from munching all day for 18 to 20 hours. When I do eat I can have pretty much what I want and still have a loss.
Have a happy Saturday and keep it up! The weekends are the hardest for me.

Thank you all! This is such a supportive and encouraging community. I've been on FatSecret for 11 years trying this diet and that diet. Just started posting publicly and am starting to think I may have been more successful over the last 11 years if I wasn't such a social media recluse.
