By some miracle, I lost a pound this week, but I feel mushier than I have in weeks. Probably because I have cheated many a time, but mostly just with dinner meals, so I have been eating well all day, then indulging at dinner time. (I blame the March Break, well, not blame it, but am excusing it for the week. Will be back on track by Sunday for sure!) I also hurt my knee and have not been able to do the cardio or squatting in the shred, but have tried to do the treadmill and some abs/arms. I think I'm good to get back on the shred -- really missing it and sad for the unwanted break.
62.6 kg Lost so far: 10.9 kg.    Still to go: 0 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
