so today the calorie count was awesome!!! 1410 calories -under my dailly limit of 1500!!!wooo wooo!!!walked downtown too:o)...my car was sluggish this am but Alex checked it out!!!and she made it all the way home yay..God is good!..gotta go to church on sunday give praise where its due.plus I need ALL the strength and support I canget!
