weighed myself in at work yesterday. so im actually 5 lbs to the good without even doing anything so yay! we'll see how the rest of the week goes.
71.7 kg Lost so far: 2.3 kg.    Still to go: 15.9 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
