I have joined a gym. I never enjoyed exercise but I am enjoying it this time around. The child care helps. Feeling good that the scale is down today. For the exercise buffs - am I not lifting enough if I don't hurt in the morning??
142.0 kg Lost so far: 3.6 kg.    Still to go: 53.5 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
