Haven't worked out much, things have been too hectic between work and school. Had some health problems for a minute that made me think working out would do me harm. That's no excuse really, nobody said I couldn't do yoga or floor exercises or lift handweights. I'll go to the gym today.
71.2 kg Lost so far: 0.5 kg.    Still to go: 12.2 kg.    Diet followed: Poorly.
