good morning sunshines - quite an interesting week for me! Relooked at keto and started a new apprpach a week aga cause the weight wasn't moving. And today 1 week later I can say I am down 2kg for the week❤ Doesn't sound like much for a ' thick' gal like me but Inam still super chuffed. Any downward movement over a period of time is a bonus as far as I am concerned. Also my blood sugar levels have been constant(almost within normal range) which was the original onset for this journey. So my challenge for this week is adding IF do the eating plan and upping water intake. So hear we go - chat next week again!
