Expected after a semi-day off yesterday. my body fat percentage went down which was odd. I'm hoping for a jump downward tomorrow. Also trying to reduce fat intake this week.
105.5 kg Lost so far: 3.4 kg.    Still to go: 23.9 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
