I realised that my body wants to stay at 69kg because I've lost 20kg already. so if I want to bring it down to 65kg, I need to consume as low as 1300 cal daily and exercise 5 times a week to force it to burn more fat.
68.7 kg Lost so far: 10.3 kg.    Still to go: 3.7 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
