I'm worried about this weight loss... am I just stressed out? Did I blow out my pancreas and now I'm just experiencing weight loss that comes with un-managed diabetes?

I baked bread a few days ago. It was so good. I kneaded it by hand. I shared it with my flatmate, of course. Can't eat all that alone!
95.7 kg Lost so far: 0 kg.    Still to go: 27.6 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
