I'm feeling ill (I must have eaten something bad last night) so I'm not sure if this weightless is a mirage. If I'm losing 4 lbs overnight, I have a very big problem.

Still too heavy. My girlfriend has started exercising and encourages me to join her.
I try to go on walks with my roommate, since they're also heavy. We need to keep alive in a time where everything feels more difficult.
I'm currently trying to do more "Keto" last night I made roasted chicken on veggies in a pan. But I added red potatoes. Oops.
Tracking the food I eat is probably the hardest part of all. I just want to eat and feel happy.

I'm worried about this weight loss... am I just stressed out? Did I blow out my pancreas and now I'm just experiencing weight loss that comes with un-managed diabetes?
I baked bread a few days ago. It was so good. I kneaded it by hand. I shared it with my flatmate, of course. Can't eat all that alone!

Well, I had to run errands yesterday, so that got me moving around, and I didn't touch any booze, which probably also helped (empty calories). I don't know what else is up.
