Started Paleo diet on April 22...not much exercise now...because of my knees and feet hurt. I was over 204 lbs last weekend..just didn't record the weight. I hope this will be my road to success...because I am tired of hurting...and I hope going off diary and breads and other foods that cause inflammation will help ease the pain.
