udah lama gak nimbang, hampir sebulan, dan gak diet, baru 4 hari ini diet lagi jd turun nya cuma 0,5 kilo, gpp , yg penting badan sehat dan makanan yg di makan masih terkontrol.
70.5 kg Lost so far: 7.5 kg.    Still to go: 15.5 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
