Weigh in at 1900 after drinking 3 glasses of water. I have only slept 4-5 hours in two separate times after working all night and going to my son's soccer. I will weigh in after work in the AM for a truer weight.
72.1 kg Lost so far: 2.3 kg.    Still to go: 0 kg.    Diet followed: Poorly.
