IS HOUNDING ME AND I JUST WON'T LISTEN??? A FRIEND SAID THAT YOU HAVE TO HIT BOTTOM SOMETIMES TO START CLIMBING BACK UP...TODAY IS STEP ONE ON MY WAY BACK UP.
