Now I'm depressed...

70.3 kg Lost so far: 0.5 kg. Still to go: 6.8 kg. Diet followed: Reasonably Well.

Gaining 1.1 kg a Week

dont be too down on yourself, look at your total weight loss, at least 20lbs!! that amazing!

Hi try and keep positive you are doing so well! dont focus on the 5lb you are struggling with but the 21lb that you have already beaten
