I am going to be doing the high protein low carb diet due to me having diabetes I figure I can kill two birds with one stone. Does anyone have any good recipes out there.
124.9 kg Lost so far: 6.5 kg.    Still to go: 54.9 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.

Yeah I am just doing like the veg protein and very little fruits

Make home made gammon soup. Loads of veggies, potatoes and choose when to have gammon or potato. It’s very filling. Grate your veg(suede carrots onion) decent sized potatoes You need a big pot. About 1.1kg gammon joint. Soak overnight or boil salt out of it, refresh water boil up. Add veg finally potatoes, 6 chicken oxo cubes, salt to taste, absolutely delicious. Last four days if refridgerated. Text if need help.
