Day 4 of this diet journey this morning my sugar was 6.9 I am finding it easier to no more drastic cravings when I have a meal I am satisfied not stuffed. So I do think my body and mind is adjusting to my new way of eating 😊. I have been having a shake in the morning for my breakfast and then for lunch a salad and dinner I have been only having 3 ounces of lean meat with 1 cup of a veg if anyone wants to know how I am losing my weight and keeping my sugars under control. I am getting only 20g of carbs a day. So here's to day 4 everyone have a great day 😁

Day 3 of my diet and I'm already seeing results I've cut out all breads potato's rice just doing the shakes and vegetables and lean meats measuring everything. Sugar was 8.5 this morning and I have lost 1 kilo so far just on day 3. Thanks for the continued support FS friends. 😁

Day 2 of my shake diet yesterday went well I struggled a little bit but did not give in to myself. So proud of that I am having my shake this morning did 30 minutes of exercise and my sugar was down a bit at 13.4 going to take a bit for my sugar to get on board. Thanks for the support everyone 😁

Day 1 of a semi liquid diet I will only be having water and coffee today and a salad for lunch hoping I get my slim fast powders today as I am going to be having 2 shakes a day and a light dinner full of veg and 3 ounces of a protein. I am diabetic so I will be monitoring my sugars as well will keep a diary so others can see my progress. So today my sugar this morning was 14.5 not good. So here's to day 1 wish me luck.
