Bought some new clothes this week (size 4). Just a few things - a pair of jeans, some slacks and a denim skirt from Old Navy. I understand now that I am staring down 50 I will need to watch what I eat and exercise forever, which is ok. When I have a "bad week" I slow down the exercise, when I am doing great, I keep it at 3 x.

I did a bit too much doing voter registration on Friday and really paid for it over the weekend, health wise, but am doing better today.



51.3 kg Lost so far: 10.0 kg.    Still to go: 0 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
Gaining 0.2 kg a Week
