Holy Plateau Batman, any advice?? Other than eating nothing but pineapple for a full day....
76.2 kg Lost so far: 22.7 kg.    Still to go: 17.2 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.

Hiya Scooper! I would suggest writing EVERYTHING you eat. If you Bite It, Write It! This way you can get an accurate count of what your are consuming. You may actually need to increase your caloric intake. Prior to having my daughter, I lost 4o+ lbs. I was eating 1200 a day. As I progressed with my weight loss and increased my exercise, I had to bump up to 1500 calories a day to get over my Plateau. Now, you may not see the scale decrease over night by increasing calories (the good calories) as it can take your body some time to get out of starvation mode. Think of your metabolism as a fire. If you feed your fire twigs, sporiadically, it's not going to burn very well. If you feed your fire good, solid fuel at regualar intervals, it's going to keep burning and burning strong. SO, this is just my advice coming from my own personal experience :) Best of luck! (I too am a full time working Mom going to school) We can do this!
