Good progress this week and just lost over 1Kg.

Finding that doing a lot of walking (70 minutes a day) burns the calories (fat).

97.1 kg Lost so far: 12.9 kg.    Still to go: 7.1 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
Losing 1.1 kg a Week
