Pagi subuh tadi walk run dpt burn dlm 400cal(3miles),lepas tu p sapu roti canai + nasi lemak..haha aku try test tgk camne,alhamdulillah berjaya burn dulu mkanan smlm then mkn sarapan tadi(cheat day) tapi berat maintain..thats mean metobolisma dah mula tinggi...dan
