A loss is a loss no matter how little. I was pleasantly surprised as I had not been to a meeting since 4/29 and have been traveling since then. Hopefully will lose more next week!! Maybe I can zip my mouth shut!

71.9 kg Lost so far: 19.7 kg.    Still to go: 8.4 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
