Wow! I gave myself a cheat week Christmas through the end of New Years week. I thought I’d gain maybe 5 or 10 pounds during that time but I wasn’t expecting a 17 pound gain. Oh well! Back on track
175.5 kg Lost so far: 40.8 kg.    Still to go: 84.8 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
