Recovering from surgery and losing weight from not being able to eat very much. Not the preferred method, but I guess I'll take it until I can pick back up the activity in a few weeks.
94.3 kg Lost so far: 16.8 kg.    Still to go: 8.2 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
