Keep on keeping on is what they say. I'm hoping this will keep up. Exercising. doing the biggest loser 30 day jump start plan (with some bonus features.. hehe). Still losing about 3 pounds per week. Hoping to lose at least 10# this month. Figure if i can do that every month i'll be in good shape :). Also working on keeping dieting cost down. So far spending about $65/week. Which is good, especially in the city of chicago where food is so expensive.
134.1 kg Lost so far: 1.5 kg.    Still to go: 2.5 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
