I am a very slow loser. It isn't a hard diet to do. The food is something you can live with even thought the texture is getting to me. I don't like the snacks (chips, etc.) so for my second batch, I changed to mostly the dessert type bars. I am going to see how the next month goes. If I don't lose more, I am thinking I can do almost as well on my own (less expensive)if I just follow the routine steps.
