Well, I've been away for awhile. And, in that time, I gained a bunch of weight. 6 lbs, it appears. Here are my excuses:
Early May--Finals week Mid May--Wedding & Honeymoon Late May--WAC Conference & Memorial Day Weekend
There was lots of drinking and lots of eating out. I thought I was behaving myself this week, with the exception of Memorial Day, so I was hoping to drop weight from last week's weight (I didn't report it, but it was the same as this week's).
So, the plan is to stop eating out, eat more healthily (we got a few EatingWell cookbooks for the wedding), and reduce my alcohol consumption.
Yesterday, we had reasonable dinner and I walked 7 miles.
Here we go!
