Have kept sugar under 25g and Carbs in total under 130g and saw some good very good results. I am now going through all my recipes to add nutrition information to them so that I have a group of recipes that I can mix and match on any day. Hoping that with some tweaking and careful menu planning, even traditional family favorites won't get knocked out of the list this way. My mom has started to gain weight and I want to share these recipes with her, as well as some of my neighbors to try, once I get it put together.
