I weighed in today and am officially down 101.2lbs. I am so freakin happy. These 3 ladies at my meeting even brought me a gift. I was so touched. Only 26 to go.

88.5 kg Lost so far: 13.2 kg. Still to go: 11.3 kg. Diet followed: Reasonably Well.

Losing 0.9 kg a Week
