have tried to walk most days when the weather allowed. Only walking about a 1/2 mile - I'm on vacation and not too many places to walk - so I walk down a country road and over a bridge then back home which includes a nice hill on the walk back. It is relaxing and gives one the time to reflect on what one is doing, and set new goals to reach my weight.
85.3 kg Lost so far: 0 kg.    Still to go: 21.8 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
Losing 0.7 kg a Week
