Got my sugar intake back to the much reduced level this week, as well as incorporated an 18 hour fast. As far as the steps to the challenge go, the only one that I will consistently fail is the 3 meals per day step. Two meals and a snack is what seems best for me, as eating three meals leaves me feeling overly stuffed.
