WOW....almost down 10lbs in one week!!! I could feel the difference in my jeans I was wearing yesterday. Loose fitting in the waist and legs!!!
75.8 kg Lost so far: 4.4 kg.    Still to go: 14.6 kg.    Diet followed: 100%.
