me dediquei tanto aos exercícios em 30 dias que estourei o joelho esquerdo e agora tô há 15 dias sem treinar, tentar caminhar hj e voltei com mta dor, mas pelo menos consegui manter o peso.

30 dias de exercícios ao menos 3 X semana. 16 dias de dieta 1500 cal. 18% proteína, 38% carbo de comida de verdade, sem pão, sem gluten, sem bolo com açúcar, mtaa fibra, somei 6.220 calorias gastas em 02 semanas em exercícios, elevei o ritmo e a quantidade de exercícios, faço tanto caminhada qto hit, e sabe o que aconteceu? engordei 01 quilo em 02 semanas. Triste, exausta e com fome.
