For those who are accustomed to counting macros, what app would you recommend for calculating and tracking? Should I go ‘normal’ or high protein?

I’ve met all my road racing goals and need a new goal to keep me going. I was inspired by a YouTube doccie and I’m considering entering a bikini fitness competition as a novice (completely inexperienced with weight training etc). I would like to do it as cost effectively as possible i.e. home-based exercise, counting macros, no supplements. Anyone have any advice on where to start in SA? I’m based in Joburg North. Right now I’m on 48kg, 149cm and 28% body fat. I know it’s very ambitious, but hey...they say aim for the moon right?

I'm wondering what exactly I'm doing wrong because the rate of my weightloss isn't what I would have assumed it would be considering my diet.
I'm on two Herbalife shakes a day, which I enjoy for taste and convenience. I'm also trying to keep to a very low-carb mostly-vegetarian diet. So I try to have steamed veggies plus eggs or fish.
My weakness is mayonnaise (2 table spoons each time I have it), wine (not daily, but when I have it I'll have 2 glasses on a weekday or more on a weekend) and milky coffee (one teacup in the mornings with hot full cream milk)
Surely these aren't enough for my system's 'go-slow'? I assumed because of the low calorie shakes the other stuff don't make that much of an impact.
