I've been doing well with diet and exercise.
Was a super long day at work and did a little shopping afterwards. Almost bought some doritos then decided to buy some walnuts instead. I feel like I will be fighting the "dorito monster" my whole life. Ugh!
I have been feeling incredibly tired and sleepy today. I think I need a nap! Darn rain :(
I wish all my buddies a great day.

Just came home from my nightly walk with my dog. I attempted jogging towards the last half of the walk.....and I have to say I shocked and surprised myself!!!! I was able to continuously keep the pace for about 1 to 1.5 minutes...walked for a bit then jogged again. That's saying something for me since I have NEVER ever been able to do that without feeling like I was going to die.lol. Not something I planned to do tonight but happy I did it.
Feeling reallllly great right now :) Now off to do my weight training!

Working until 7pm today. Doing weights and then weigh-in tonight. Feeling a bit nervous about weighing myself.
